Attorney Brooke Newby, native of Macon, grew up in the Middle Georgia area. Brooke and her husband, Dane, have one daughter, and they live in Allentown – a small city outside of Perry. She and her husband are members of Southside Baptist Church in Warner Robins. When Brooke is not working at the office, she enjoys reading, baking, and quail hunting.

Brooke received a Bachelor of Arts degree in rhetoric in 2007 from Georgia College & State University. While studying rhetoric, she learned the multifaceted ways that humans communicate. She learned about the different vehicles of communication; for example, face-to-face, online, body language, and others.

Furthermore, the study of rhetoric involves persuasive communication and the exchange of messages. Understanding the depth of rhetoric has enabled Brooke to thrive in the courtroom, and win many cases for her clients.

Brooke earned her law degree from Macon’s own Mercer University in 2010. Soon after, she was admitted to the Georgia Bar. She is also admitted to practice in the following:
