Matthew joined the firm after receiving his law degree from Mercer University and being admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2007. He was named a partner in the firm in 2014 and currently serves as the firm’s managing partner. Matthew graduated with a B.B.A., Real Estate, from the University of Georgia in 2004. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Houston County Bar Association.
Matthew has a general practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, general civil litigation, probate and estate matters, and family and domestic matters. He is also the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Perry and the City of Hawkinsville.
Matthew is an adjunct professor at Mercer University teaching Business Law.
Matthew grew up in Perry, Georgia, and has lived most of his life in the Middle Georgia area. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two children. They are members of First Baptist Church in Warner Robins, and are active in First Love Ministries in Perry.
